Those of you who run a Leader project through Leader Höga Kusten are warmly welcome to participate in two digital meetings at the beginning of the year. The meetings are open training sessions for both project owners and partners – and we encourage you to have several from the same project participate.
These meetings are very important and valuable, both for gaining the right knowledge to succeed with your project, and for receiving inspiration and support from other project leaders in the same situation. We would like to see all projects participate.
Meeting 2: Driving Leader projects – part 2
Networking meeting with other project managers
This meeting focuses on exchange between the projects. Here, each project has the opportunity to briefly share about its work and converse with others who are currently running projects in the area. It will be an opportunity to network, share experiences, and find new collaborations.

Please prepare answers to these questions in advance of meeting number two:
- Briefly tell us about your association and the background of your project idea
- Where are you in the project right now?
- What have been the keys to successfully driving the project so far

In the registration, please inform who and how many from your project will participate. We would like to see several people from the same project participate – e.g., project leaders, board members, partners, or other key individuals.
