PROJECT SUPPORT
Do you have an idea that can contribute to development in Höga Kusten?
During 2026, it will be possible to apply for leader support within all our areas of intervention until November 3. After that, we will pause the opportunity to submit new idea sketches, pending the board's decision on which support may be relevant during 2027.

Even though we are currently not accepting new idea sketches, the information on how to apply for our larger project support remains here on the website.
Through the button below, you can read about how the application process works. The first step is to submit a concept sketch, where you briefly describe your idea and receive early feedback from our project coaches.
Developing a good project idea often takes time. Therefore, we want to make it possible for you to already familiarize yourselves with the process, continue to develop your ideas, and prepare for when it becomes possible to apply for support again.
SMART INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES
Local investigations
Do you want to make your community more welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive? Attract more people to move here, encourage young people to stay, or create more opportunities for people to meet, engage, and feel involved?
Apply for up to 80,000 kronor for a local investigation and find out how you should proceed!
Youth initiatives
Do you want to do something fun and meaningful for young people where you live? Are you up to 25 years old and have an idea that can create more community, fun activities, or a place where young people can meet and hang out?
Apply for up to 30,000 kronor to realize your idea and make a difference for young people in your community!
Inclusive activities
Does your association want to create activities that strengthen community and make more people feel welcome and involved? Perhaps you want to reach new groups, create meetings between generations, or do something that makes the community thrive?
Apply for up to 50,000 kronor to realize your ideas!

Place-based community solutions
Is there a lack of services, meeting places, or smart solutions that would make life easier in your community? Do you have an idea about how you can collectively solve local challenges?
Apply for support to test and develop new solutions that strengthen the community, create new opportunities, and make it better to live and work there!
Social entrepreneurship
Do you have a business idea that can both create jobs and benefit society? Perhaps you want to develop local services, create employment, or find new ways to meet needs in the community?
Apply for support to develop social entrepreneurship where business acumen and social benefit go hand in hand!

Is there a need for more housing in your community? Through the Housing Solutions initiative, we support local groups and associations that want to explore the possibilities of creating more and more varied housing in rural areas.
Together, we explore local needs, ideas, and possible solutions that can make it easier for people to move to or stay in the community. You can receive support and help to advance your ideas and explore how they can become a reality.
PREPARED NEIGHBORHOODS
Do you want to strengthen preparedness in your community? Through Prepared Neighborhoods, we support local groups, associations, and networks that want to develop their collective preparedness.
Together we explore what knowledge, resources, and opportunities already exist locally and how we can help each other during crises and societal disruptions. You can receive support, inspiration, and knowledge to get started with your own activities and initiatives.
