Support for local ideas that strengthen service, function, and future confidence in the Höga Kusten countryside. Here, businesses, associations, and local initiatives can test and develop solutions based on the needs of the place and contribute to a sustainable economy and vibrant communities.
Community-beneficial solutions that strengthen the place
Within Community Power Höga Kusten, we support local initiatives that want to develop solutions based on needs in their own community.
The support is aimed at associations, businesses, networks, and other local actors who – through collaboration – want to test and develop ideas that strengthen service, function, and future development in the countryside.
Many ideas in smaller towns are in an early stage. They are often too small or too place-bound to fit into traditional support forms. Through Place-based community solutions, we have created space to test, explore, and develop these ideas on a smaller scale.
It is about:
- local service and new solutions for everyday needs
- meeting places and shared functions
- circular and sustainable solutions
- new forms of collaboration between actors
Common to the initiatives is that they:
- are based on local needs
- are developed in collaboration
- have the potential to become long-term sustainable operations
The support is currently closed for new applications, but several development initiatives are ongoing.
