About the project

The project aims to engage all Boteå residents, but particularly targets newcomers and individuals who want to participate in a joint development effort, but who do not dare or want to engage in associations.

A broad collaboration between several associations and local businesses will attract more individual villagers to engage in activity days and practical work without having to feel the reservation of ”tying themselves down” in an association or a larger project. The project aims to gather ”non-association people,” newcomers, families with children, retirees, associations, businesses, those who have moved away and want to return home, and tourists (i.e., future Boteå residents).
