How it works
Applying for project support from Leader Höga Kusten is a bit different than with most others. We want to give you the best possible conditions to implement your ideas, and our staff therefore supports you throughout the process.
Four steps to your project
Applying for project support is a process in four steps, from idea to project application. For each step, we have developed information and guidance to help you implement your idea. Steps 1 and 2 are about things you should prepare yourself before you contact us, so we have the best possible conditions to work together with your idea.
Leader Höga Kusten is not like all others; our project coaches help you from idea to implementation and serve as both sounding boards and advisors. If an idea cannot be financed through leader support, we will help you find other possible financing.
Step 1
Get started
A successful project is based on your community's needs and driving forces, so the very first step is to discuss locally. At this early stage, you also need to read up on Leader Höga Kusten's principles, goals, and focus areas.
Step 2
Test your idea
Once you have started to shape your project idea, you can test it here on the website! With the test, you get quick feedback on whether you need to think about anything additional, or if you are ready to contact a project coach from us.
Step 3
Expression of interest
In consultation with one of our project coaches, it is now time to write an expression of interest. Our board reviews it, provides feedback, and makes an initial assessment of whether the idea has the conditions to be granted project support.
Step 4
Application
If the board assesses that the expression of interest has the conditions to be granted project support, it is now time to make an application for support in the Agricultural Agency's system. Our project coaches help you through the process.
