Rural Builders 2026

WE WHO DO – Rural Builders 2026

On November 25, we gather rural builders from all over Höga Kusten at Babelsberg in Kramfors!

It will be an afternoon with inspiring stories, new meetings, and conversations about how we together continue to develop our rural areas.

We gather people who in various ways see opportunities, take initiatives, and create conditions for local development.

Together we want to highlight the power that exists in Höga Kusten and create new contacts and collaborations.

The meeting is conducted with a personal invitation and a limited number of places.

The film about Leader

We are Leader Sweden!

Non-profit engagement is about people coming together around an idea and working together to achieve something they think is important. When this happens, the conditions for sustainable and attractive areas are created. But even if the cooperation and the will to develop are there, the money may not always be there. Then Leader can be an opportunity.

To Leader Sweden

What is Leader?

Local commitment is the foundation

Leader is a method for rural development with local roots, initiative and commitment at its core. The idea is that development of the place you live in is best carried out by those of you who live and work there – by you, your association, local businesses and other organisations.

Community power

Samhällskraft is aimed at groups and idea carriers who want to develop solutions with local benefit – especially those of you who want to test, collaborate and take an idea further.

Smart inclusive communities

Smart inclusive villages strengthen engagement and participation in rural areas of the High Coast. By supporting local initiatives, young people's ideas and joint development processes, better conditions are created for a more inclusive civil society where more people can contribute to the future of their village.

Boteå all year round

The project wants to engage all Boteå residents, but is especially aimed at new residents and people who want to participate in joint development work.

bottom perspective.
